Suspected Arsonist Spotted Buying Beverage Before Blaze: Philadelphia PD

A man accused of setting a fire behind a Philadelphia business was seen on camera picking up an iced tea minutes before the blaze, according to city police. 

The suspect was recorded grabbing a drink at an unnamed restaurant around 12:50 a.m. on Aug. 23, PPD said.

By 1 a.m., the fire began on Moravian Street, behind a commercial building on the 2000 block of Sansom Street.
