The suspect was recorded grabbing a drink at an unnamed restaurant around 12:50 a.m. on Aug. 23, PPD said.
By 1 a.m., the fire began on Moravian Street, behind a commercial building on the 2000 block of Sansom Street.
Anyone with information is being asked to call PPD at 215-686-8477 or submit an anonymous tip online.
